MORNING MINDSET MEDITATION FOR SELF-LOVE

Self-love is the foundation for happiness and success in your life. When you do not have it, you will experience struggles in your daily life. You are never able to live your life to the fullest when you do not have love for yourself. Use this mindset meditation to uncover the true love that is already deep inside of you. This meditation will help you uncover the self-love already resides inside of you and you deserve to experience. When you listen to this daily, your subconscious mind will start to reprogram to put you into the mindset of success. You will slowly start to release any barriers that are keeping you from living the life you envision.

It takes at least 21 days to create new habits and when you listen to this for a minimum of 21 days, you will start to notice changes in your life. In order to make these changes, repetition is important. Just like going to the gym to build muscles, you must build these new neuropathways in your brain. It is best to listen to this upon first awakening when your brain is closer to the Theta state. It is operating at a lower brainwave​ and can accept the suggestions that are in this video.
